Every grievance heard and closed on record.

Requesters raise a grievance in the same portal they use for their requests, and track it to the end. Each one is answered within the response period you publish, up to 90 days under the DPDPA.

Redressal

Six stages, from raised to resolved.

  1. 01Raised. Logged with the related request, if there is one.
  2. 02Acknowledged. A notice goes out with the response date.
  3. 03Initial review. The first inquiry into what went wrong.
  4. 04Senior review. Escalated when the first answer is not enough.
  5. 05Final review. The DPO makes the determination.
  6. 06Resolved. Closed with the outcome and any remedial action.
